For my final project, I’ve created my own Genius Verified video with my original song called ‘Breathe’. My lyrics tackle the idea of home becoming a suffocating space, of the outside becoming a source for paranoia and overall, the song expresses my frustration with the pandemic we’ve all been dealing with. ‘Breathe’ was a way for me to work out my emotions about the pandemic and take a moment to fully understand how my space has transformed during these past few months, f0r better or for worse.
